"The driver was only 5 minutes late, and did let me know he was on the way, so that’s fine. He did park away a few houses away, even though there was space right outside my door, and he didn’t initially help with my bags until he could see I was struggling a bit. However, he was friendly and pleasant, happy to talk, made sure I was ok and comfortable during the journey (which I was) and it overall a good experience. I gave him a 5 pounds tip on arrival. Thank you."
